FAIREBEL® is the brand created by Faircoop, a cooperative created at the height of the milk crisis in 2009. It's objective: fair and equitable remuneration for all suppliers and producers in the chain.
Today, Faircoop has around 500 members throughout Belgium.
Defending quality, in addition to fair remuneration, is also the aim of Faircoop, as its president, Erwin Schöpges, points out: "That is the philosophy of FAIREBEL®, to make quality products to get out of the crisis we are still in".
